If for any reason you are not happy, this Refunds and Returns Policy explains how you can return products and request refunds, as well as the conditions and timeframes that apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare, makeup, or personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Gift cards and any items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
